I don't know if WinXP SNMP is going to send out the needed information, but to get it working, go into Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs|Add or Remove Windows Components. Click Management and Monitoring Tools, and click the Details button. Pick Simple Network Monitoring Protocol and hit OK. That will install the SNMP service on your machine. Set the receiver to the address that MRTG is listening on and maybe it will work.
