Accesibilty after logon

When login over our network I get the following message
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

Is this due to serverproblems on our own network or the networdk of the ISP.

Ack, crap, looks like we lost a drive on the database server. I'm going to have to rebuild the server and restore from backup. Stay tuned...
