ntp server synchronization

i hav a ntp server set up on a linux box with a private ip address ,we have a windows machine which we want to point to the ntp server on the linux box.Any ideas??

Do the same thing. Put the private IP of the Linux box in the line:
net time /setsntp:1.2.3.4
(Assuming the Linux box is 1.2.3.4)
net time /setsntp:1.2.3.4
(Assuming the Linux box is 1.2.3.4)
