These are the official views of the state of Nebraska regarding Genetic Modification (GM) technology.
They start off by saying that genetic testing should never be allowed to be used as a basis for discrimination by employers, but then later in the document it turns back on itself and says that it would be allowed in vaguely worded part about "certain circumstances".
