This will require you to have Local Admin rights on your machine. I've tested this on Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003.

1. Start|Run mmc
2. File|Add/Remove Snapin
3. Under the Standalone tab, click Add
4. Select Certificates and click Add
5. Select "Computer Account" for "This snapin will always manage certs for", click Next
6. Select "Local Computer" for the computer to manage.
7. Click Finish, then Close, then OK
8. You will now have "Certificates (Local Computer)" listed under Console Root, click the Plus Sign to expand the tree under Certificates
9. Right-click on Trusted Root Certification Authorities, select All Tasks from the menu, then Import to bring up the Certificate Import Wizard
10. Click Next, then browse to where you have detached the CallInteractive-CA.crt file and open it.
11. Click Next. Make sure "Place all certificates in the following store" is selected, and that "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" is selected for the Certificate Store. (If not, click the browse button and select it from the list)
12. Click Next, then Finish. You should see "The import was successful".
13. The certificate installation is complete and ready for use.
