Let the Pylon hit the Ground

Can you hear the thud?

A bizaare auditory illusion. There is no sound but the action triggers your ear-protection reflex to expect a loud thud, which causes your brain to still fire off what it expects to hear.

Now you don't actually hear it in your ears, you notice a repeated deep THUD every time the pylon hits the ground.
